Refund Policy

At Tipsy Wheelz, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to be fair and transparent with our refund practices while also ensuring we can adequately prepare for each event. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Deposits

​

• A deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking and applied toward your total service balance.

2. Cancellation Refunds

​

• 30 Days or More Notice
  If you cancel your event 30 days or more before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

• 14 to 29 Days Notice
  Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a 50% refund of any payments made.

• Less Than 14 Days Notice
  Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. All payments, will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling

​

• You may reschedule your event once, provided we receive at least 14 days’ notice and your new date is available.

• Deposits will be transferred to the new date, but additional fees may apply depending on changes to services or availability.

4. Service Interruptions

​

If Tipsy Wheelz must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, equipment failure), we will provide one of the following options:

• A full refund including the deposit,
  OR

• A rescheduled date with no additional fees.

5. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation

​

If you fail to provide access to the event site or cancel on the day of the event, no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for the full service fee.

​

6. Custom Services

​

Add-ons such as custom cocktail menus, decorations, or karaoke packages are non-refundable once finalized or ordered, even in the case of cancellation or rescheduling.
