Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking with Tipsy Wheelz. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via accepted methods communicated during the booking process.

Tipsy Wheelz reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment terms are not met.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made within 14-29 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the full deposit.

In the event of cancellation by Tipsy Wheelz due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
3. Service Details

All services are provided based on the package selected. Any additional services (e.g. extra hours, custom cocktails, decorations) must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Parties over 50 guests require a second bartender, and an additional fee of $200 will apply.

Our staff is professionally trained but Tipsy Wheelz does not sell alcohol. Clients must provide all alcoholic beverages for their event.
4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and legal environment for our staff to work in.

The client is responsible for securing any permits or permissions required for alcohol service in their location.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests who appear intoxicated or are underage.
5. Equipment & Damage

Clients are liable for any damage to our bar equipment, furniture, or décor caused by guests during the event.

Any damages will be assessed after the event and an invoice will be sent for the cost of repair or replacement.
6. Liability

Tipsy Wheelz is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur before, during, or after your event due to alcohol consumption.

Tipsy Wheelz staff reserve the right to cut off service to any individual they deem unfit for continued alcohol consumption for safety reasons.
7. Photos & Promotion

Tipsy Wheelz may take photos/videos during events for promotional use on social media and our website. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your event.
8. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing appropriate shelter or backup plans in the case of inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless Tipsy Wheelz is unable to safely operate.
9. Force Majeure

Tipsy Wheelz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or labor strikes.
10. Changes to Terms

Tipsy Wheelz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
